Admissions/Withdrawal Procedure :


Registration

  • The Registration Form and Prospectus are available in the School during working hours on payment of the prescribed fee.
  • The birth certificate in original or the transfer certificate from the previous school, as the case may be, should be attached with the registration form.
  • Two latest passport size photographs of the candidate and parents should be submitted alongwith the Registration Form.
  • The age group of the students for admission to Pre-School and onwards as on March 31st of the progressive academic year should be 3+ and so on respectively.
  • The students from class IX to XII are required to give an undertaking alongwith their and parents'/guardians' photographs.

Admission Procedure :

  • Generally no new student is admitted to Class X or XII.
  • A student who has qualified for admission to the school will be required to furnish the necessary certificates alongwith the undertaking wherever applicable and pay the prescribed fee for April, May and June and other charges within three days of the offer of admission failing which the offer of admission will stand withdrawn.
  • Fee for first quarter, i.e., April, May and June, and other charges deposited at the time of admission (including provisional admission) will not be refunded in the event of non-acceptanceof admission or for any other reason. No fee (except the security) shall be refunded, if the provisional admission is not approved by the Management.
  • Correspondence regarding reconsideration of decision about admission will not be entertained.
  • All correspondence will be sent by ordinay post. School will not be responsible for any postal delay or non-receipt of any call for test, interview, etc.

A student shall not be allowed to attend classes without paying the prescribed fee and submitting the documents listed below :

  1. An attested copy of the municipal certificate of Date of Birth for class I.
  2. Original school leaving certificate (for Class II onwards) duly counter signed by the District Inspector of Schools if the school is situated outside Delhi and by the Education Officer of the previous School if the school is situated in Delhi.
  3. Attendance certificate.
  4. An attested copy of the Progress Report/Statement of Marks.
  5. An applicant seeking admission in Class X and XII hailing from a Board other than CBSE will also be required to take written pemission of the Chairman, C.B.S.E.

Tests and Interviews :

  • There will be no test or interview of the child seeking admission to Pre-School and Pre-Primary.
  • All candidates seeking admission in various calsses will be required to undergo written tests. On the basis of the written tests, the applicant along with parents may be called for an interview. Seats will be offered according to the number of vacancies purely at the discretion of the management.
  • For admission to Class I and above upto VIII written tests will be conducted in English, Hindi, Urdu and Maths, according to the prescribed school syllabus.
  • The test papers for all classes shall be of 25 marks each and will be of three hours duration.

Withdrawal Procedure

  • If parents wish to withdraw their child from the school before the session begins and before the child has begun attending school, the fee for first quarter i.e. April, May and June and other charges deposited at the time of admission (including provisional admission) will not be refunded, except for the security deposit. Same procedure will be followed in the case of provisional admission disapproved by the Management.
  • In other cases of withdrawal, three months' notice or three months' fee is lieu of such notice, must be given.
  • Transfer certificate is not given on withdrawal untill all the school dues have been cleared alongwith application form.

Attendance and Absence from School:

It is compulsory for all students to attend the general assembly in the morning. The school gates will be closed five minutes after the school starts and students who come late will not be allowed to attend the shcool.

No Child can leave the school premises during school hours except with the permission of the Principal, which may be granted only on reciept of an application duly signed by the parents and/or authorised person in the record of the school (Prents to make a note of it).

A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the final examination to be held at the end of the academic year.

No leave of absence is granted except on receiving an application form the parents and/or authorised guardian and/or responsible person as per school record for plausible reason only.

Repated absence without sanctioned leave or unexplained absence for more than seven consecutive days, will make the student liable to have his/her name struck ff rolls. Re-admission may be granted at the discretion of the Principal on payment of precribed re-admission fee and/or fine. if any.

Each student is compulsory required to attend the school on the opening day after each vacation, failing which his/her name is liable to be struck off the rolls and in that case he/she may be allowed to re-admission on the request from the parents explaining the resons for such default. He/She will be liable to pay fine @ Rs. 100 per day plus re-admission fee.

Those not attending on other school working days without advance leave application will be fined @ Rs. 25 per day.

A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease or any sickness must produce a doctor's fitness certificate, permitting him/her to attend the school.

Termination :

A student can be asked to leave the school, on any one of the following grounds.

In such cases, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding on the concerned students and the parent.

  1. Unsatisfactory progress in studies inspite of giving several earning to the students and parents.
  2. Recurrent Indiscipline
  3. Behavioral problems detrimental to class/school's atmosphere
  4. Detention in the same class for two consecutive years.
  5. Being overage for any class.
  6. Non-Payment of fees as per given schedule.
  7. Breach of moral code of conduct considered serious by the school.
  8. Non-serious attitude and display of persistant negligence of school perogrammes, regulations and work ethics by the student.
  9. Non Co-operation of parents in the welfare of the child, including their non-attendance in Parent-Teacher Meetings.
  10. Any other matter considered serious and offensive by the School Management.
