FEE STRUCTURE

The fee becomes due in the beginning of the quarter (i.e. April, July, October & January) and is to be paid quarterly in advance i.e. latest by the 10th of the month. However, on request, parents are allowed to deposit fee on monthly basis.

After the 10th of the month, if the fee is not paid, a fine of Rs.5/- per day will be charged from the 11th to 15th of the month, from 16th of the month till the date of payment a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged. Failure to pay by the last day of the month, will entitle the school to strike off the name of the child and the child will not be allowed to attend the classes. Re-admission may be subject to availability of seat and on payment of full dues plus fine, if any. It will also include re-admission charge of Rs. 200/-.

A child who has outstanding dues for the session, will neither be allowed to take the final examination nor considered for promotion to the next class.

If the fee is deposited by cheque and the said cheque bounces for whatever reason, a fine of Rs. 200/- will be imposed. Thereafter, the fee would be accepted only in cash.

Fee Concession / Free-Ship

Concession / Free ship of tuition fee may be granted to economically and financially weak and meritorious students but from next year after the admission. A formal written application on a prescribed form is to be made to the Principal giving therein complete and true statement of income of parents/guardian at the beginning of the session. Concession will be withdrawn if the statement is found untrue or if the progress of the child is found unsatisfactory.
