Admission

1.	The Registration form and Prospectus is available online on the school website: www.mescoamroha.com and Prospectus is also available in the school office during the working hours on payment of prescribed fee.
2.	The birth certificate in original obtained from the respective corporation is required for admission upto 5th std. For admission to 6th std. onwards, Transfer Certificate from the recognized previous school should be attached with the Registration Form.
3.	Two latest passport size photographs of the candidate and parents should be submitted along with the Registration Form.
4.	The age group of the students for admission to Class Pre-School and onwards as on 31st March of the progressive academic year should be 4+, and so on respectively.
5.	A special provision for a modern well-equipped Pre-Primary class is available in the school.
6.	For Provisional admission to Class Xl, Pre-Board result in case of Board based Exam and the character certificate from the former school should be attached with the Registration form.
7.	Eligibility conditions for admissionin class XI:
A.	Candidate's standard appropriateness in the relevant subject for the electives chosen by him/her.
B.	Existing vacancy in the group ofthe electives chosen.
C.	An overall assessment of the candidate based on the interview and psychological test and on the candidate's past record.
8.	Each of the electives available will be offered only when the minimum number of candidates for suchsubject is available.

1.	There will be an oral test or interview for the child seeking admission to Pre-Primary classes.
2.	All the candidates seeking admission to other classes will be required to undergo written test. On the basis of the written test, the applicant along with parents may be called for an interaction. Seats will be offered according to the number of vacancies, purely at the discretion of the Management.
3.	For admission to Class II onwards (upto IX), written tests will be conducted for English, Hindi, Urdu and Maths according to the prescribed school syllabus. The test papers for classes II to V shall be of 2-hour duration and for class VI onwards duration admission test will be 3 hours.

1.	Direct admission in Classes X & XII is not allowed.
2.	A student who qualifies for admission to the school will be required to furnish the necessary certificates along with the undertaking wherever applicable and pay the prescribed fee in cash for April, May and June andother Charges within three days or within the stipulated time allowed bythe school failing which the right of admission will cease.
3.	Fee for the first quarter i.e., April, May and June, and other charges deposited at the time of admission (including provisional admission) willnot be refunded in the event of candidate's unwillingness to continue for any reason whatsoever. If the provisional admission is not approved by the Management, the fee will be refunded by cheque.
4.	A student shall not be allowed to attend classes without completing all admission formalities and without paying the prescribed fee and submitting the documents listed below:
A.	Original and an attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation of Pre- school onwards However, this criterion may be relaxedas per discretion of the Management, till VIII standard.
B.	Original school leaving certificate duly counter signed by the District Inspector of Schools if the school is situated outside Amroha and by the Education Officer of the previous School if the school is situated in Amroha.
C.	Attested copy of the Progress Reports, i.e. Statement of Marks for the last three years.
