1. Transport for carrying children on specified routes may be available on payment.
2. Transport expenses shall be payable for 11 months in each session.
3. A written application by the parents has to be made for any change of bus or bus stop. No telephonic calls and verbal communication will be entertained in this regard.Acceding to the request is a tthe sole discretion of the Principal.
4. Under no circumstance/s are the parents allowed to enter into an argument with the driver / conductor or teacher traveling in the bus. Any such instance will be a sufficient cause for the withdrawal of bus facility besides inviting other disciplinary actions.
5. Change of route without permission will be a sufficient cause for withdrawal of bus facility.
6. In case of striking off the name of the student for any reason, transport facility will be withdrawn with immediate effect.
7. Once arrangement has been made for a student to use the school bus and the same is not required at some later stage, three months'notice must be given, or in lieu there of three months' transport charges must be paid. Those parents who give notice that the bus will not be required after a certain period will not be allowed to use the school bus during the rest of the session even if it is required again.
8. In case, the school transport is not available on a particular day due to unavoidable circumstances, parents shall make their own arrangement to drop and pickup the children at their own cost.
9. Disciplinary action will be taken if a student is found using the school transport without paying transport fee.
10. The school shall not take any responsibility for any accident or mishap if it takes place during the period when the child travels in the school bus/vehicle or the bus/vehicle which is hired by the school for the transportation of the students.
11. For security reasons the parents must make it a point to drop and pick up their ward from the bus-stop. In case, somebody else is deputed by the parents to pick –up their ward the school authorities must know about itand an authority letter with signature is on Card and photograph of the guardian /escort must be sent along with the guardian. The school authorities will in no way be held responsible if these norms are not adhered to.
12. Children travelling by the School-bus must carry their bus pass daily with them duly signed, dated and should be shown/produced on demand.
13. Indiscipline behavior in the school bus will render a student ineligible to use the school transport in future.
14. Bus captains must help to maintain discipline and report any untoward incident to the Transport Incharge the next day.
15. Students are not allowed to go to their friend's/relatives house from the school.
16. For security reasons parents are advised to escort their children to the bus stop both in the morning and afternoon.
1. Students can only get on/off from their fixed bus stop.
2. Students can only travel by their assigned buses. Even on request students will not be permitted to do otherwise.
3. At the end of the school day, students should board their respective buses immediately and not moveout. They should remain seated till buses leave.
4. Students should not run to the bus but walk in a queue.
5. Students should not jump on or off a moving bus, for it is dangerous.
6. Students should not push each other when you get on or off the bus.
7. Students should maintain discipline in the bus as any mischief will disturb the driver.
8. Students should not stretch their body parts out off the bus.
9. They should cooperate with the staff on duty and abide by the instructions given to them from time to time.
10. Never stand in front or behind a stationary bus.
11. The student violating the above rules will strictly be punished which may include suspension or expulsion from the school.
12. Any change in the residential address must be intimated to the school authorities immediately with documentary proof.
13. Request for any change in bus route should be given well in advance. NO temporary change of bus route is allowed.
Note:
Any problem, suggestion or comment regarding transport should be brought to the notice of the Principal or Transport Department immediately.
